Progress Within A Structured Framework
Our Signature classes have been specifically put together to give you a structured framework whereby you have 3 sessions each week that compliment and build on one another. If you are joining the classes regularly then this framework will see you develop all of your physical attributes strength, power, speed, agility, endurance and flexibility. Depending on your other training commitments you can use the sessions as required to enhance your training schedule and elevate your performance

Complete Our Foundations Program
If you feel like a complete beginner and are unsure whether you would be confident enough to join straight into the group sessions then we have a perfect option for you!
Our foundations program has been put in place for this exact reason and many of who you will see in the group sessions will have completed this program with us.
Much like the our Personal Training service, here we'll offer you a personal overview, completing a full postural assessment and movement screen to establish your exact start point. From here we'll build on strengths, develop weaknesses and establish a strong grounding and understanding of all the movements you'll find in our signature group sessions.
You can do this on your own or as a couple, or as a small group of up to 6. To find out more simply get in touch with us by clicking the link below and we can get you set up and ready to go!
This program can be used in three ways:
- You can use it to prepare and build your confidence before joining our classes if you feel you are a complete novice and would like to spend some time with us to refine technique, learn the movements and establish a base level of knowledge, strength and fitness before joining.
- You can run this package alongside our classes, giving you a 1:1 session each week to refine technique, go over individual strengths and weaknesses and build your confidence in anything that comes up in the group sessions that you might find difficult/ unsure of, that you would like to explore more.
- You can build an individual plan to continue with in our open gym sessions, giving you a structured plan that you can then continue to complete in your own time for the duration of that training block. You can then check in with your coach and this can be updated for you (additional cost at the time) allowing you to continue to progress in your own individual training. Great if you would like an accessory session to work on weaknesses alongside the classes.
The foundation program sole aim is to ensure you are happy in your training here with us. We will pass on our knowledge and be able to answer any questions you have. We'll go through and identify your own personal strengths and weaknesses so that you have a clear direction going forwards.

The FARM Signature Group Classes are more than just your average weekly workout! They're a science led, research driven system designed by us to help you build strength, move better, and unlock your full physical potential.
Every session follows a proven 'undulating' periodisation model, giving you a structured approach that keeps your body adapting and progressing, while keeping your training fresh and preventing you from burning out or plateauing.
Everything we do at the FARM is built around longevity and teaching you how to manage your training load to ensure you can train and maintain your desired levels long into the future.

STRENGTH
Build The Foundations
Start your week by building strength and resilience. Session 1 each week is where we focus on developing a solid foundation. These sessions revolve around developing the bigger compound lifts alongside tempo based accessory work, targeting the major muscle groups to enhance force production, joint integrity and postural control.
Progressively you'll build week by week using a mixture of free weights and resistance machines to build overall strength to support both every day life and the demands of your sports and hobbies.

Develop The Body's Physical Capabilities
Midweek sessions strike the perfect balance strength and stamina. Expect a mix of resistance work and conditioning in varying formats, from complexes to circuits, all programmed to boost muscular endurance, aerobic capacity and improve your ability to move and produce force.
These sessions bridge the gap between your strength and ability to performance, giving the body an opportunity to move and produce force, helping you stay sharp, agile and resilient in any environment.

MetCon/ Circuits
Test The Engine & Promote Recovery
End your week with intensity and purpose. Friday's high tempo conditioning sessions feature AMRAPs, EMOM's, Circuits and Intervals to push your engine while reinforcing movement quality. It's smart, structured intensity that not only challenges your limits, but also supports recovery and your performance outside of the gym.
A firm favourite and the perfect end to a productive training week. These sessions are completed at your own pace and are designed to flow through movements in a fun and motivating class structure.

Iyengar Yoga
Hyrox Conditioning
Lock in and get it done! Hyrox is a fitness racing series that has taken the world by storm combining a number of running and functional work out stations. (For non runners our Concept 2 Machines offer a perfect alternative). This Combination works well to enhance Endurance, Strength and Agility, offering a great tool to boost your conditioning levels and aid your recovery. Whether its an EMOM, AMRAP, Circuit or Simulation Challenge the sessions are designed to flow and keep you moving. It is predominantly Enduranced based training and you will always work completely at your own pace.
Open Gym Sessions
Can't make a session? No problem all of our sessions will be written on the whiteboard at the start of the week as so if you can't make the class for any reason then you can complete the class in your own time, either on your own or with friends. Here you have total flexibility in how you train, whether its catching up on classes or simply working on your own individual strengths and weaknesses.
