Tanya Patterson Jones

After qualifying as a level 3 Personal Trainer back in 2016, Tanya joined the team and has become an integral part of the FARM's coaching team.

Having always enjoyed being active, from playing team sports, to gymnastics and Mountain biking, for her its always been a huge part of her life, used for enjoyment, stress release and to feel strong both physically and mentally. Tanya has always wanted to make her mark on the fitness industry and after returning from 2 years of traveling/ working in New Zealand she came home to do just that. After having her son Arlo it gave her the drive to really pursue her passion, so she started studying at home during her maternity leave to complete the Level 2 gym instructing qualification, before then returning to college to complete the level 3 Personal training Qualification. During this time she also completed further work experience and other bolt on courses like the level 5 sports and exercise nutritional course.

After working within the gym environment she soon realized it wasn't for her as she was drawn to the outdoors, away from all the mirrors, gimmicks and flashing lights. The FARM was a perfect suit, there was space, fresh air and a totally unique training experience.

Over the past 4 years Tanya has worked with clients from all walks of life, gaining invaluable experience of working with a wide variety of people, achieving incredible, life changing results.

In 2020 Tanya became particularly interested in the Pre and Post Natal process, studying once more and completing the Girls Gone Strong Pre and Post Natal Coaching Certification. An in depth, university level qualification, written by leading experts in the field, considered by many top professionals as the gold standard of training Pre and Post Natal women. This is something she had always wanted to do, so that she could provide other women with safe exercise during each stage of pregnancy and post partum. As a mum herself, she found there was always so much conflicting information out there and no real step-by-step approach, it was something she had to figure out for herself. Now, after further study, a world renowned qualification and her own experience she has the knowledge and guidance to help women who are pregnant or have had children become strong in a safe and controlled manner.
