Our indoor facilities are as big as they need to be to accommodate a range of cable and free weight machines from some of the leading brands in the industry. We fully believe that free weight movements should be prioritised where possible, however the range of machine options at the FARM, gives users the opportunity to specifically target/ isolate muscle groups and movements when needed. Everything you need to achieve results no matter what stage you are at.
Semi Indoor Facilities
Our semi indoor facility offers the feeling of training outside in the elements, but gives cover and protection where needed. With an open gym floor, comprising two Hammer Strength HD Elite racks, an Again Faster rig, two Olympic Platforms and whole range of Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Battle Ropes, Wall Balls, Slamballs and more. Our open gym floor space flows out onto a 30m Astro Track and a large open an outdoor area, giving you the freedom to break free of the four walls of a traditional gym when you wish to.
Outdoor Facilities
We have maximised the outdoor space we have available around our main facility by fitting a 30m long by 4m wide Astro Track and a large matted outdoor training space. We have then equipped it with a Beaver Fit MODULAR Rig, used worldwide in the military forces. The rig creates a space for 10+ athletes to train, including multiple integrated squat racks, wings for olympic rings and a high tower for rope climbs. A well thought out training space, designed specifically to ensure you can always take your training outside in beautiful open space when you want to.
Beaver Fit's Mobile Fob Locker
Our Beaver Fit Mobile Fob Locker offers a bespoke training facility that can access any part of the farm we choose. The farm offers some pretty epic training spaces and with the mobile locker we can bring these spaces to you. You'll also see us out on the road, bringing all the great things we do at the FARM HQ to further great venues around the county. We've ensured this locker is well equipped and has everything it needs to offer our well renowned classes anywhere.
Facility Hire
If you would like to hire our facility for your own events, seminars, photo shoots and more then please get in touch. This is a well equipped and well designed strength and conditioning facility with equipment of the highest quality, from the likes of Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Watson, Beaver Fit, Jordan Fitness, Again Faster, Wolverson, Concept 2 and Origin Fitness.
The Mobile Fob Locker is well equipped and can be taken all round the county, providing an epic venue for events, seminars, photoshoots and more.
