If you cant make it to us then we can come to you via our Online Platform.

We have a limited number of slots available for 1:1 (or 2:1 for couples) as online clients. Here we will work with you as we do with our usual Face To Face clients however all communication will be conducted via Zoom, WhatsApp, and Email.

We will work with you on a 4 week basis as we do with our normal Personal Training packages. You will follow the same systems and undergo the same process, the only difference is that your workouts will be conducted via zoom, with a member of our team coaching you through.

Bespoke and specific to you, a perfect option for those who are unable to reach us but would still like to work with us.

All you need to do is follow the program, complete the workouts and take on board and implement all the guidance our team is offering and we can guarantee you’ll finish the program feeling great, with the tools you need to really push on in both life and your training. 

The program is designed to target not just your training but your day to day life too, we want to inspire you to create great food and motivate you to get more out of each day! The information you'll receive through out will build your understanding of how to nourish and hydrate your body, putting the right routine in place to allow it to thrive on a daily basis.

This program will run through a private Facebook group.

You’ll join the group and we will post daily content, including workouts, nutritional/ lifestyle advice and Individual/ team challenges.

You’ll receive a pack to use through out the process telling you all you need to know. You simply follow the program, complete the workouts and listen to the advice of our team.

The Facebook page is there for you to interact with us and other like-minded individuals in the group, sharing your experiences, recipe ideas and daily/weekly progress.

The 14 Day Intensive

Put Your Body To The Ultimate Test

This 2 week plan will challenge you and is designed to get the biggest possible change out of your body within a very short time frame. We have built it for two purposes, 1) As a kick start to your fitness regime if you're feeling deflated and have plateaued in your training and 2) To give you a quick intensive before or after a holiday.

However you choose to use it this flexible intensive 2 week blitz is sure to test you but you will finish the program feeling great and ready for a holiday or to continue pushing on in your training.

With a traffic light system colour coding the difficulty level of each work out you can plan each work out to suit your ability and fitness levels. Just be sure to give it your all (this doesn't mean over do it) and continually challenge yourself and we promise you'll finish the program feeling great.

This 2 week plan is the perfect option when looking to kick start your training after short breaks or to shock the body and break through plateaus.

This program is designed to push your limits, but not past them. Whilst it will be intense, it has been carefully designed to be achievable and to be easily manageable around a busy lifestyle.

The process is a fun one, its strict and requires adherence, but it has plenty of flexibility and can be tailored to any specific needs.

The workouts will include mini challenges designed to test you but also keep you motivated. This will also provide measurable data that you can use as a bench mark later, once you have completed the program with us.

We don't always have lots of time, so we will work with you to maximize the time we do have, so that we can use it to to its best potential. 

If you have a holiday coming up or you're feeling deflated in your training and looking for a 2 week kick start, then this is a great option for you. 

If you are unsure then we recommend our Two Week reset, designed to establish a base level of fitness. You can complete the 'Reset' course prior to the 'Intensive' for a complete 4 week blitz.

Who This Program Is For

This particular program is suitable for all abilities, however it will be most beneficial to those who have been training regularly, either here with us or away from us. 

For those who feel they are not of this level, then we recommend opting for the 14 day reboot, designed to build a base level of fitness after time out or holidays in your training schedule.

All workouts will be designed with traffic light color coding, as to identify easier to harder variations. The exercises will have several variations suitable for different ability levels. You just mix and match and find the combination that's best suited to you.

If you have been working with us prior to starting the 14 day intensive course then we will be able to choose the best options for you, as we will know what combination will work for you best.

You will receive a pack with full instructions of how to get the most from this program.

We will send you daily instructions through a private Facebook group or via email if you are not on this social media platform.

Each day you will receive a WOD (work out of the day), this will be split into two sections which can be completed together or as separate sessions, depending on how it fits into your day.

You will receive our Recovery Matrix to use to tick off each important aspect of the recovery process. This is important as it will ensure you can give your all in each session. This process is tough. Its designed that way, so it is crucial that you follow this system  and implement each part of this strategy.

All of your meals will be designed around our unique Food Grid System. There's no calorie counting just simply an emphasis on ensuring variety in your diet and adequate amounts of protein. (Hydration is a given, but hydration strategies are covered in your recovery matrix)
