For all new clients we run one of the following initial packages:
The initial packages are there to give us the time we need to work together to lay solid foundations that can then continually be built upon as you progress and move forwards.
The packages outlined below are suitable for all no matter what stage you are at. Whether you’re a competitive athlete preparing for an event or someone who wants to simply improve your posture, lose weight, build lean muscle and gain strength, over the first 4 weeks we'll identify weaknesses, harness strengths and devise a plan that is tailored to you and the direction you are moving in.
Drawing from a team of trainers with many years of experience, from a variety of professional backgrounds you can be assured our team will have the experience and knowledge to offer you the right advice and guidance, with a plan that’s truly tailored to you.
Bronze
A perfect option if simply training with us is your main aim, we'll work together towards any goal/s you want to achieve.
The bronze package is a great option for those looking for a complete body MOT, whilst regaining focus and direction in their fitness and training
With this package we will complete a full body postural assessment and movement screen and then tailor your training over the coming weeks towards the findings of these assessments and your own personal goals and ambitions.
This is a great option for those looking to overhaul their training, regain focus and find a direction that's truly tailored to their needs.

You'll have the option of training at the farm with us once or twice weekly, where we will work together to start your journey and build a good foundation of fitness and strength to continue forward with.
The silver package is designed for those looking to completely transform their body and mind. Here our team will offer an Holistic overview of not just your time training but the time you spend away from it too! How you manage your recovery is key, this not just being from your planned training but of the physical/psychological stressors of every day life too! FARM's Recovery Strategy and lifestyle overview will help you to find a daily/ weekly routine that is suited to you and ensures you achieve that all important positive life balance.
We will work with you to devise a plan that's specific to you, that you can stay accountable to around your busy lifestyle.
Each plan is designed to be simple and easy to follow, presented as a step by step road map that will deliver results and see you reach your goals.

Here you will be training up to 4 times a week and implementing the training/ recovery strategies we have used time and time again to achieve life changing results with previous clients. It will be intense and will require you to commit the time to it but we promise you'll feel extremely proud at the end of each week by just how much you have achieved.

If you feel like a complete beginner and are unsure whether you would be confident enough to join straight into the group sessions then we have a perfect option for you!
Our foundations program has been put in place for this exact reason and many of who you will see in the group sessions will have completed this program with us.
Much like the our Personal Training service, here we'll offer you a personal overview, completing a full postural assessment and movement screen to establish your exact start point. From here we'll build on strengths, develop weaknesses and establish a strong grounding and understanding of all the movements you'll find in our signature group sessions.

You can use it to prepare and build your confidence before joining our classes if you feel you are a complete novice and would like to spend some time with us to refine technique, learn the movements and establish a base level of knowledge, strength and fitness before joining.
You can run this package alongside our classes, giving you a 1:1 session each week to refine technique, go over individual strengths and weaknesses and build your confidence in anything that comes up in the group sessions that you might find difficult/ unsure of, that you would like to explore more.
The foundation program sole aim is to ensure you are happy in your training here with us. We will pass on our knowledge and be able to answer any questions you have. We'll go through and identify your own personal strengths and weaknesses so that you have a clear direction going forwards.
Train with friends or other like minded individuals towards a shared goal
Semi private personal training offers personalised training sessions for you and up to 6 other people. This allows for the quality coaching and attention of 1:1 personal training but in a more affordable price range. Train with friends or other like minded individuals, inspire and motivate one another to achieve great things, coming together to achieve a shared goal.
2:1 Personal Training
Your own private 2:1 PT session, bespoke to you and your shared ambitions and goals as a pair. Perfect for couples, training partners and friends, we'll tailor make a package that works for you!

Not your average gym - fantastic semi-outdoor space, can be bracing in cold weather but that's a plus! Newly re-located into a bigger barn with new equipment. Really knowledgeable (and thoroughly nice) instructors offering encouragement rather than badgering. I have been working with the lovely Tanya on a one to one basis for 18 months and thanks to her I have come such a long way in improving my overall strength and in particular what was an ailing back. Even now I surprise myself in achieving new goals. Never overcrowded and I like the one-to-one training but I may just join one of the group workouts as well this year. Very reasonably priced with an option to buy a local veg box too!

Keith has been instrumental in getting me back into exercising and lifting weights after suffering with back pain for many years! Thanks to his sound knowledge of back rehabilitation and strength training, I have gained bucket loads of confidence, mobility and strength. I have been to several NHS and private physios in the past who are all about getting you in, relieving some pain and getting you out of the door without a long-term solution to your problems. Keiths approach on the otherhand is to pass on all of the knowledge he has about your injuries and how to build in a long term training solution - he regularly uses a whiteboard to draw out and explain the theory behind the exercises and plans! Starting small and simple, Keith has really got me thinking about and practising the correct lifting and moving techniques. I now have a clear idea of how to move forwards without injuring myself again! The sessions are extremely varied, fun and focussed - Keith gives you his full attention and has regularly gone above and beyond my expectations

I have been having personal training with Keith now for around 4 or 5 months. I play a decent standard of rugby and thought I needed to do more training off the field, so I approached Keith and it was defiantly the best thing I could of done. Keith's knowledge is absolute first class, he based my program purely around my position in rugby which is exactly what I needed. I joined the FARM in September 2017 after attending a 'meet the team' in Helston. My aim was to get fitter, tone up, lose some weight and start running again. Keith and Tanya drew up a weights plan for me which varied week to week. I attended -and still attend- Monday and Friday's for an hour on a one to one personal training class. I lost a stone initially and it remained pretty static, my body shape changed dramatically and I personally felt so much better. I could fit into clothes that wouldn't fit before. My whole body strength had improved and I managed to 'keep going' on the fitness thing (Im still here now in 2021!), whereas in the past I would join a gym, go for a few weeks and then give up. They have taught me how to lift weights correctly and got me running again. I try to fit in Park Runs on a regular basis. The FARM also does hourly classes which I also attended when unable to fit in my PT slots. Overall its a great way of keeping fit, you are not stuck in a gym instead out in the open air with the protection of the facility from the elements when needed!

The knowledge is beyond a standard personal trainer, I’ve gained confidence after an injury with Keith’s patience and encouragement and he even researched videos and exercises that were specifically to assist with my particular needs in his own time. If any one is thinking about it, he identified my issues immediately and started to help me put them right, Pain has stopped and muscle strength is building. Stop thinking and book a session, superb fun and I feel proud of myself after each session!

Absolutely outstanding experience. I tore my calf muscle on a backpacking trip and required personal training, to regain full functionality in my lower leg. I signed up with Keith Jacka, choosing him based on his experience with injured athletes. Keith got me back on my feet, building my confidence, helping me understand how the injury occurred, and giving me a training protocol to strengthen my muscles and improve my fitness, to avoid a repeat injury in the future. I also did several high intensity core sessions with Tanya. I can't recommend The Farm's facility and it's staff highly enough, not only for those based in the area, but its well set up if your travelling down for the holidays and want to do drop in sessions. Five star.

Naturally a sporty person I’ve had to endure 6 operations over 5 years...several to my hips and several to my knees. I had a slipped disc in my back and my Physio had given me 3 months to try and rectify it through exercise otherwise I would have to go down the operation route again. I contacted Keith and his team for help and I have to say it’s the best thing I could ever have done. After just 5 sessions I have to say I was loving it and my whole outlook on everything had changed! I didn’t think I could ever do exercise again or feel the thrill it gives you. I genuinely feel fitter, stronger, more toned and most importantly happier! I would really recommend joining up. It may look like a lot of money initially but I have to say it’s the best money I have ever spent! I now train at the farm in the group sessions regularly and it has even inspired me to go on and pursue a career in the health and fitness industry.

I had to stop running over 5 years ago due to a damaged muscle in my leg that caused back problems to. After many attempts of going back to the gym and trying to get fit on my own, I would end up injured again. I started with Keith and the team last summer, firstly doing personal training sessions and then joining the group sessions. I have now just finished 6 weeks of the morning kick start programme. From day one, I've not had the niggling injuries, that I normally would have got after exercise. I didn't even need to tell the team what was wrong, they knew by just the way I stood and tailored every session to my abilities.
